Angela Menell

Angela began her career in Finance in Amarillo, Texas in 1992. She was the youngest employee ever hired by Bank One at the age of 16. She then transferred to Austin where she attended The University of Texas and worked for Wells Fargo Bank. Angela was a VP when Silicon Valley Bank, a commercial bank that specializes in lending to technology start ups, offered her a position in the Austin office to head up Client Relations. In a short time, she was promoted to manage the cash management operations for the Southwest Region of Silicon Valley Bank. After four years at SVB, Angela decided to go back into personal finance and became a VP at TruWest Credit Union. Angela then decided that she wanted to use her understanding of customer service, emerging growth companies, and finance to create a business that could specialize in providing the crucial finance component that most companies either can’t afford or don’t acknowledge.

Mike Hill, CPA (Advisor)

Mike has over 18 years experience in finance, accounting and business operations. Most recently, Mike served as CFO of Perficient, Inc. (NASDAQ: PRFT) which is a leading information technology consulting firm in the U.S. After joining Perficient as CFO in February 2004, he helped grow the Company from approximately $30 million in annualized revenues to over $200 million within three years leading the Company through eight acquisitions and increasing the Company’s market capitalization from approximately $70 million to over $500 million. Previously, Mike has served in executive management roles of several technology start-up companies and spent over 7 years with Ernst & Young LLP in the Assurance and Advisory Business Services practice in Austin, Texas. Mike received a B.B.A. in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin and is a licensed certified public accountant in the State of Texas. This firm is not a CPA firm.

Bryan Menell (Advisor)

Bryan is an investor and advisor to technology companies, as well as an entrepreneur. He currently sits on the board of directors of Moximity, a location based mobile company, and MomentumSI, a systems integrator. As an entrepreneur, has has founded Fusion Learning Systems (2001), Perficient (1997), and Exact Systems (1991). He enjoys networking and idea sharing with other entrepreneurs and business owners. He frequently participates in panel discussions on technology and startups (TechCrunch, Rice Alliance). Bryan began his career in the San Francisco office of Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), working with Apple Computer. He earned a bachelors degree in Business/MIS at California State University at Chico, was a finalist for Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year, and is the recipient of an Austin Under 40 Award.
